Refund policy

Any buyer who has purchased product from us and who wishes to report a problem must notify us within [thirty (30) calendar days] of receipt of the product. A return authorization number (RMA#) must be issued by us before you ship anything back to our address. Any items arriving without a return authorization will not be given a refund. The item in question must be shipped with the RMA# on the outside and inside of the package, with full insurance, so it arrives at within one week of the aforementioned authorization.
